 GP-216.1 LEVER SIMPLE FORM
For introducing the concept of equilibrium leading to an appreciation of the principle of the beam balance.
Consisting of a polished box wood rule 1m in length, divided in centimeters and millimeters on one edge, and inches and tenths on the other. Drilled every 2cm. Without riders.
 GP-216.2 RIDERS ONLY
For the above lever, set of three. one acts as a fulcrum and the other two as weight hangers. Complete with pins.
 GP-218.1 LEVER KIT
To provide a simple ‘See-Saw’ for experiments on balancing masses, leading to the principle of the lever. Also to show that there is no net change in energy in the moving masses.
Comprises 5 wood beams, approximately 610 x 44mm graduated at 38mm intervals, 4 “U” shaped supports, grooved to locate fulcrum pins, 40 brass ‘pennyweights’, 25 x 25 x 2mm and 20 fulcrum pins for insertion into edge of beam.
 GP-221.1 INERTIA BALANCE
Comprises two metal trays. 130 x 55 x 23mm joined together by a pair of spring steel strips 10mm wide, the distance between the trays being 215mm. One tray is drilled to hold three equal cylindrical masses. The other tray acts as an anchorage and may be clamped to the bench either horizontally or vertically. Complete with three masses and a ‘G’ clamp for mounting.
Dimensions : 325 x 130 x 23mm overall.
